Breath has a powerful effect on how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally.
It is a powerful tool in eliminating stresses and toxins. It massages the lymphatic system for detoxification and immunity. Activates the circulation. Calms the nervous system and affects positively the cardiovascular system. Breath helps to commune, calm, centre, and refine your responses. It alkalizes the system. It provides Chi, increases vital force.
Practice slow, deep breathing 5 to 15 minutes a day until it becomes natural. Make it your meditation! It will provide more clarity on what needs to happen to meet your daily goals, so that you can better focus on the essential. When you are aware of carrying guilt from having said “no” to someone, celebrate that you honoured yourself. When feeling “guilty”for saying “no”, know that this is healthier than resentment!
