1. Deep Breathing: Breath Is The Fuel Of Life!

Simple but powerful. Integrates your body-mind-spirit connection.

Breath has a powerful effect on how we are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally.

It is a powerful tool in eliminating stresses and toxins. It massages the lymphatic system for detoxification and immunity. Activates the circulation. Calms the nervous system and affects positively the cardiovascular system. Breath helps to commune, calm, centre, and refine our responses. It alkalizes the system. It provides Chi, increases vital force.

Practicing slow and deep breathing 5 to 15 minutes a day, it eventually becomes natural. Make it your meditation! It will provide more clarity on what needs to happen to meet your daily goals, so that you can better focus on the essential. It connects you to your true essence and what you desire most in your life.

2. Doing One thing At A Time.

You may think that you are getting more done by multi-tasking, but our brain was never programmed this way. It creates stress, over-activating your adrenals, creating acidity. Over time, it can affect the quality of your neural networks. It also affects the quality of the presence you give to yourself and to others. So, focusing on just one thing and to do it right gives you more satisfaction and pleasure.

3. Saying “YES” To Yourself When Having To Say No To Others.

You cannot give to others what you don’t have for yourself !!!

How often do you say “yes” to others by sacrificing your own self, resulting in holding on to resentment? This hurts you and affects your immune and cardiovascular systems. When you are aware of carrying guilt from having said “no” to someone, celebrate that you honoured yourself. When feeling “guilty”for saying “no”, know that this is healthier than holding resentment!

4. Practicing Uplifting Emotions Like Gratitude, Compassion, Happiness..And Even Smiling.

…have a powerful influence on your whole body. It has been demonstrated that they promote a stronger immune system, as well as less nervous conditions, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory infections.

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” ~ Jim Rohin
