Winter Health Tip

As Nature takes a pause in the winter months so are we invited to do the same.

At this time of the year, there is a diurnal internal clock, as well as a seasonal one inviting us to slow down, to reflect and..to dream.

Do you find yourself wanting to hibernate, clinging to a cozy place by the fire place? This is the time of the year to replenish our generators, the adrenals and the kidneys. Gentle attention to our own individual rhythms is most welcome. It is the best time to be attentive to our needs, to go within and to practice self-love!
